"Heather worked diligently to find us the right property for our vacation home. She found us a lovely property on the side of mountain, overlooking the water. She was also instrumental in negotiating the purchase price down to a manageable amount. Of course, this meant less commission for her! However, the service did not stop there. Whenever there was a question concerning local jurisdiction, septic design, etc., Heather was always available to speak with us immediately.
